About Me

Hey, I'm Jen! A former advertising executive turned educational advocate, and mom of 3 awesome kids, the youngest of which having double deficit dyslexia and dysgraphia. I am a warrior parent just like you who had to quickly dive into federal, state, and case laws, the meaning of MTSS and SMART goals, and best practices in literacy for all kids so I could advocate for my own child with knowledge and power.
Over the years I have worked with numerous parents who feel frustrated and desperate fighting for their child in a system that is underfunded and often uninformed. I love helping parent's get the services (and better services) needed for their amazing kids!
I am a member of COPAA (Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates). Have given presentations on advocacy on behalf of Decoding Dyslexia Oregon, and assisted at parent round tables during the IDA conference in Oregon.
